Q1. What is Mobilink Advance?
Mobilink Advance provides you with an advance of Rs 10, if your balance is below Rs. 5.
Q2. How do I get Mobilink Advance?
To get Mobilink Advance, just dial *112# from your Mobilink Prepaid number and you will get an advance of Rs 10 in your account when your balance is below Rs 5 anytime in the next 4 hours.
Q3. When would the advance and service charges be deducted from me?
If you avail Mobilink Advance, then an amount of Rs 12.69 i.e. Rs 10 of advance amount and Rs. 2.69 (inclusive of taxes) of service charges will be deducted on your next recharge.
Q4. What happens if I dial *112# when…
…I am not subscribed to Mobilink Advance and have balance below Rs 5
Customer gets subscribed:
…I am not subscribed to Mobilink Advance but balance is above Rs. 5
Customer is subscribed to Mobilink Advance and will get an advance when their balance is below Rs. 5 in the next 4 hours.
…I have not returned previous advance amount
Customer cannot get another advance till they recharge.
…I am already subscribed
Customer cannot get subscribed again
The customer will get the following notification when the advance is transferred to their account:
“Aap ke account mein 10 rupay transfer ker diay gaye hain. Aglay recharge per aap ki wapis kerda raqam Rs 10 aur service charges Rs.2.69 hongay.”
Q5. How many advances can I get at one time?
You can get only one advance of Rs 10 till the time of next recharge, within the subscription validity period
Q6. What is the validity of Mobilink Advance subscription?
Once you have subscribed for Mobilink Advance, the service will be available to you for the next 4 hours and you will get an advance whenever your balance falls below Rs. 5, if the previous advance has been repaid.
Q7. Will I get an advance automatically without my consent after 4 hours?
No, to avail an advance you will have to dial *112#. Mobilink advance is provided only when you require and request for it.
- Valid for all Mobilink prepaid packages
- Customer will receive Rs 10 when their balance goes below Rs. 5
- Customers who have availed Mobilink Advance, and after availing have not recharged their account, would not be allowed to get further Mobilink Advance until they recharge their account with a preferred amount of Rs. 30 or more
- A service fee of Rs.2.25+tax will be deducted along with the advance credit of Rs.10 whenever the customer recharges
