Service Mechanics

For activation, send “Fever” to 222. A service charge of Rs. 2 (exclusive of Govt. taxes) is applicable per SMS

You will receive a reply: Catch the Jazz SMS Fever by replying with “1” for 100 weekly SMS at Rs.15, “2” for 500 fortnightly SMS at Rs.50 and “3” for unlimited monthly SMS at Rs.100!

According to which package you choose, the response would be: “Please reply with Y or Yes to confirm that you have opted for package Y and its xxx SMS which cost Rs.XXX + tax. SMS will be valid on Jazz connections only”.

Once you reply, you will be charged the Package Value (Rs. 15 + tax, Rs. 50 + tax or Rs. 100 + tax) from your credit.

If you have sufficient balance you will get the SMS “To activate Jazz SMS Fever please call 123 and enter 123456789012334”

Incase of insufficient balance you will not get any reply.

Incase of any other error you will get a transaction ID & will be asked to call 111 for help. The message will be “Sorry your request can not be completed; your token ID is XXXX. Kindly call 111 & present this ID to get your voucher”
