Jazz always aims to provide the best value to its customers whether it is Voice, SMS or Value Added Services. Once again, we are pleased to announce the launch of yet another exciting offer for our SMS savvy customers. This offer is called Jazz SMS Plus Offer!

Now subscribers of SMS plus offer can send up to 150 SMS to any network in Pakistan throughout the day at a rate of Rs.1.99 + Tax.

Terms & Conditions
  • The offer can be used to send free SMS on any network in Pakistan.
  • Free SMS can be used only during the time window mentioned above
  • On day end, customer would be automatically re-subscribed to the offer and the subscription fee would be deducted from his account. An SMS notification would also be sent to the customer at the time of re-subscription.
  • If the customer doesn’t have sufficient balance at the time of automatic re-subscription, then he would be unsubscribed from the offer. An SMS notification would also be sent to the customer at the time of un-subscription. Customer can re-subscribe to the offer after recharging.
  • This is a limited time offer.

Q-Is this offer available on all Jazz packages?
A- Jazz SMS+ Offer is available on all commercial Jazz Package except jazba package users. For Jazba package users the offer is different and is available on the following link:

Q- What will happen if I change my package plan after subscribing to the offer?
A- You will remain subscribed to SMS+ offer even if you switch to any other Jazz package.

Q-Can I send SMS on other networks with this offer?
A-Yes, Jazz SMS+ Offer can be used to send SMS on any network.

Q-Can I subscribe to SMS/Hybrid Bundles and SMS+ Offer at the same time?
A-Yes, you can subscribe to SMS/Hybrid Bundles and SMS+ offer at the same time.

Q-What if I subscribe to SMS/Hybrid Bundles and SMS+ Offer at the same time?
A-Your SMS/Hybrid Bundle will be consumed first. For example, if you purchase daily hybrid bundle (20 free minutes and 200 free SMS) and then also purchase SMS+ offer. In this case, the 200 SMS of hybrid bundle would be consumed first; and then the SMS of SMS+ offer will be consumed if the subscription is still valid.

Q-What if I try to subscribe to SMS+ offer multiple times?
A-You cannot subscribe to SMS+ offer multiple times. If you are already subscribed to SMS+ offer and try to subscribe again, your attempt will fail.

Q-Can free SMS be used for short codes as well?
A-No, free SMS cannot be used for sending messages to short codes/VAS services.

Q-What are the charges of un-subscription?
A-There are no charges for un-subscription.   

Q-When will I be re-subscribed to the offer?
A-You will be automatically re-subscribed to SMS+ offer at midnight. Upon re-subscription, the daily fee would be deducted from your account and the following SMS notification would be sent
You have been re-subscribed to SMS + offer with a total cost of Rs. 1.8
(SMS notification would be sent upon performing any activity after midnight).

Q-What will happen if my account balance is less than Rs. 1.5+Tax at the time of daily deduction?
A-If your balance is less than the required daily fee, then you’ll be unsubscribed from the offer and the following SMS notification would be sent to you.
