Jazz Advance enables customers to obtain advance balance whenever they need. The service works in a way whereby the customers, who have subscribed to Jazz Advance service by following the below given procedure, will automatically be given an advance of Rs. 5 whenever their credit goes below Rs. 3.5. The service fees for availing Jazz Advance are Rs.1+tax.
Customers can avail the service using any of the following ways:
- Call 123 and press 6
- Dial *112#
So you can complete your conversation and keep talking, without worrying about low credit. |

For all Jazz packages

Customers who have availed Jazz Advance, and after availing have not recharged their account, would not be allowed to get further Jazz advance until they recharge their accounts with more than Rs. 6.2

A service fee of Rs. 1+Tax will be deducted along with the advance credit of Rs. 5 whenever the customer recharges
