 Important Information
- Existing customers have automatically been upgraded with the new rates, package name transformations are as follows:
- Freedom-2 to ‘i one hundred’
- Freedom-3 to ‘i four hundred’
- Freedom-3+ to ‘i nine hundred’
- Freedom-4 to ‘i fifteen hundred’
- Freedom unlimited to ‘i unlimited’
- Free minutes apply to airtime only. However, during free minutes, average interconnect charges of Rs. 0.75/min will apply on calls to other mobile operators and fixed line (except ‘i unlimited packages’ where free minutes are inclusive of all charges)
- Call rates are inclusive of all charges. However taxes apply
- Charging pulse is 60 seconds
- All calls across Pakistan, across all networks, are charged as local calls
- Additional charges of Rs. 3/SMS will be charged on all international outgoing SMS
- For Freedom Unlimited Basic and Premium packages:
- Mobilink Free Minutes apply only on calls made to the Mobilink network
- Other Mobile Operators free minutes apply only on calls made to other mobile operator networks
- Fixed Line Free Minutes apply only on calls made to fixed lines
- Free SMS on ‘i unlimited’ packages apply on SMS sent to Mobilink customers
- 19.5% CED charges apply on all outgoing calls/airtime
- The Government Activation Tax on the sale of new connections is Rs. 500
- For GPRS Activation, customer will be requested to pay an additional Rs. 500 as security deposit
- Itemized billing charges will be Rs. 25 per month
- Rs. 25 per month is the SMS line rent charge
