Every month, outstanding amount of your bill will be debited from your credit card automatically before the due date of your indigo bill. You will still receive monthly bills for your record.
Direct Debit Security Waiver - Criterion
All customers having VISA, Master Card or American Express credit cards may avail security deposit waiver on availing Direct Debit payment facility with Mobilink indigo package. Following is the denomination:

- Properly filled Cellular services application form (CSAF - Original)
- Properly filled Credit application form (CAF - Original)
- Properly filled and signed Direct Debit Mandate form (DD form - Original)
- Clear photocopy of NIC (both sides)
- Clear photocopy of credit card (Only front side)
- Clear photocopy of last credit card statement or incase of new cardholder, card approval letter as billing document.
