Exceeding credit limit

The amount you pay as your Security Deposit constitutes your credit limit. Remember to clear your dues as soon as you receive the FREE reminder call or SMS message from Mobilink. This call/Message is sent to you as soon as you reach 70% of your credit limit. If you do not clear dues at this point, upon reaching 90% of the limit your Mobilink service will be restricted to incoming calls only, and once your usage reaches 100% of your credit limit, your service will be completely blocked even if you have not received your monthly bill or your due date is still valid.

Always try to pay your bills in full within the due date to avoid blocking and late payment charges. Please remember that your bill cannot be deducted from your security deposit.
