I have an Islamabad Mobilink number. What will I be charged if I call a local PTCL number? What are the charges if I call a PTCL Karachi number or any land line number nationwide? |

You will be charged Airtime+ Rs. 0.52 per min (charges for fixed line calls) if you call a local Islamabad PTCL number. Same will be the charges for any other PTCL number anywhere in Pakistan. There are no additional charges. |

I have a Karachi Mobilink number, how will I call to any other mobile network number outside Karachi? |

You will be charged Airtime + Rs. 1.25 per min for calls to all other mobile networks nation wide. |

Will I need to re-enter my Friends & Family numbers if I change my plan or mobile number? |

Your Friends & Family numbers will be retained if you change your plan or your mobile number. |

What will happen if someone added to my Friends & Family list change his number? |

If someone added to your Friends & Family list changes his number you will have to update his number by calling customer services representative at Mobilink helpline 111.

How will my line rent and free minutes be calculated if I change my package in a middle of a billing cycle? |

Your line rent and free minutes will be prorated as per your date of change. For example if you have spent 10 days on i four hundred and 20 days on i fifteen hundred in the current billing cycle, then your free minutes / line rent will be:
