• Run the Mobilink Genie application on your phone and verify your Genie PIN
  • Select Pay for service and then select Mobilink Jazz
  • Enter the amount that you want to Load
  • Enter the mobile number for which you want to load credit. A receipt will also be sent to this number via SMS
  • Choose the mode of payment
  • Enter the Bank PIN, incase of credit cards the CVV will also be required after the bank PIN
  • Confirm the transaction to make the payment
  • A transaction summary and the bank’s authorization code is displayed once your transaction is complete. A summary of all transactions can also be viewed from the Other options menu of the service.
Note: Genie will operate on all GPRS/Java supporting handsets. If your GPRS is not activated, please call 111 and activate your GPRS please.
