Mobilink, Nokia join hands to facilitate customers

Islamabad, November 11 2008: Mobilink, the country’s market leader in cellular communication services with 30 million customers and part of Orascom Telecom joined hands with Nokia, global leader in mobility, to make the Nokia handsets available for sale at Mobilink Customer Service Centers in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

Commenting on the collaboration, Sarmad Malik, Director Customer Services (North), Mobilink shared, “In line with Mobilink’s vision of putting the customer first, the aim of this initiative is to allow our customers to stay updated with the latest handsets by Nokia, the most preferred brand in handsets in Pakistan. There is no need to go through the hassle of visiting different markets in search of best prices and authentic deals. In addition to easing the process of purchase, this synergy allows Mobilink customers the confidence of buying the Handset directly from the source.”
