Mobilink inaugurates its upgraded Customer Service Centre in Karachi
KARACHI: 21 May, 2008 - Mobilink, the country’s leading cellular service
provider with more than 30 million customers and part of the Orascom
Telecom Group, today launched its renovated and customized state-of-theart
Customer Services (CS) Centre in North Nazimabad, Karachi.
The CS Centre offers different customer services, and in line with the
company’s progressive outlook there is a Club Indigo desk for priority
customer services and e-queue system. The facility is equipped with the
latest technology to assist people fulfill their requirements with ease and
speed. The CS Centre will enable all Mobilink customers to get services
through one-window operations and provide fast and efficient services to
all their JAZZ and Indigo subscribers.
Mustafa Peracha, VP Customer Services, Mobilink at the inauguration
ceremony stated, “For Mobilink, customer care is of the utmost importance
and we aim to support our customers by providing easy-to- ccess services
throughout Pakistan. We have now equipped 4 Customer Services
Centers in Karachi with state-of-the art facilities as we intend to go the
extra mile in reaching out to our customers.”
The spacious, modern and technically advanced CS center is designed to
cater to the current and future needs of the Mobilink subscribers. The
Center extends its services from 9:00am to 5:30pm, with fully functional
front-end counters operated by highly qualified and well trained staff.
