Mobilink and Box Office to premier Spider-Man™ 3 in Pakistan

KARACHI: June 01, 2007 - Mobilink, Pakistan's favourite cellular family with more than 25 million customers and part of the Orascom Telecom Group; and Box Office, Pakistan's leading distributor of quality films, today announced the official launch of Spider-Man™ 3 - the blockbuster adventure movie for a web of excitement that will transport audiences in Pakistan to thrilling new heights on June 15 th, 2007.

In Spider-Man™ 3, based on the legendary Marvel Comics series, Peter Parker has finally managed to strike a balance between his devotion to M.J. and his duties as a superhero. But there is a storm brewing on the horizon. When his Spider-Man suit suddenly changes, turning jet-black and enhancing his powers, it transforms Peter as well. Under the influence of the suit, Peter becomes prideful and overconfident and he begins to neglect the ones he cares about the most.

Spider-Man™ 3, stars Tobey Maguire, Kirsten Dunst, James Franco, Thomas Haden Church, Topher Grace, Bryce Dallas Howard, James Cromwell, Rosemary Harris, and J.K. Simmons. The film is directed by Sam Raimi (Spider-Man™, Spider-Man™ 2). The visual effects supervisor is Oscar®-winner Scott Stokdyk (Spider-Man™, Spider-Man™ 2). The special visual effects are by Sony Pictures Imageworks Inc. The costume designer is three-time Oscar® winner James Acheson. Spider-Man™ 3 has been rated PG-13 by the Motion Picture Association of America for sequences of intense action violence.
