'Dreams come true' for Mobilink Jazz lucky winners ISLAMABAD: January 3, 2007 - Mobilink, the country's leader in cellular services with more than 20 million customers throughout Pakistan and part of the Orascom Telecom group, today concluded the announcement of the lucky winners of the recently held Mobilink Dream Come True campaign. The campaign was launched on the occasion of Mobilink's 20 million customers' celebrations to give back to its customers by launching the Jazz Dream Come True campaign. Commenting on the success of the promotional campaign, Bilal Munir Sheikh, Vice President Mobilink said, "The Jazz 'Dream Come True' promotion, which was a first of its kind, was all about turning dreams into reality by granting Jazz customers an opportunity to fulfill their dreams. It is with great pride and satisfaction that Mobilink was able to turn these dreams into reality by introducing a campaign that reshaped the lives of some of our lucky customers." The campaign required each Jazz customer to load a credit of Rs.100 or more via a scratch card or Jazz load entry. Each recharge of Rs.100 or above enabled Mobilink customers a unique entry into the lucky draw which meant the more frequently they recharged, higher were the chances of winning. Millions of Mobilink's customers participated in the event. The company conducted a total of three draws to finalize the three winners. The first lucky winner Amir Hussain, a resident of Sahiwal who on receiving the news was overwhelmed with joy and could not believe his luck. He asked for a cash prize so he could fulfill his life long dream of performing Umrah with his family and invest the rest of the money in improving his family's living. The second lucky draw winner was Gul Sher from Karachi. Thanks to the Mobilink Jazz dream come true promotion, his long standing dream of setting up a factory and run a business of his own, has now become a reality. The third and final lucky winner was Zulfiqar Tabish from Faisalabad. Coming from a very modest background, he always dreamt of buying a house of his own and never thought his dream would actually come true. All three lucky winners appreciated this promotion, as it allowed them to make their dreams come true and reshape their lives.
